Rachael Philip is a highly versatile Composer specialised in scoring for screen.
She has previously written for Channel 4 in addition to numerous award-winning and award-nominated films including The Girl With Two Heads which won the Orona Award at San Sebastian Film Festival in 2018 and the animation Cabin Pressure which won at Manchester Animation Festival and Neum Animated Film Festival.
Rachael is a graduate of the prestigious National Film and Television School where she studied on the MA Composing for Film and Television. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Music and Popular Music from the University of Liverpool (2011) where she specialised in Composing and Music Technology and has a background in performance of Cello and Guitar.
Most recently Rachael has written for Galaxy Chocolate, St-Martin-in-the-Fields Charity and saw the game Menagerie Fabulosa displayed at EGX 2018.
As a Composer, Rachael is described as intuitive and as such is able to project complex emotion through music to capture the unique mood or essence of character and story.
